The BGS ESVCLP (The Partnership) provides capital growth for its Limited Partners through strategic investment in early stage, unlisted companies. The Partnership assists early stage eligible companies with access to capital, that is critical to commercializing their business or business idea.

The Partnership’s key objective is to provide superior returns to Investors (Limited Partners).

The Partnership has the following investment objectives:

  • To invest in early stage companies whose value can be increased by the provision of capital, management advice and strategic board direction.
  • To maximize returns and value for Limited Partners.
  • To minimize investment risk by applying strict selection criteria and due diligence; and by investing in a diverse portfolio of companies where appropriate.
